Work Experience - School Psychology

Tuscarawas-Carroll-Harrison Educational Service Center - New Philadelphia, Ohio (2003 - present)

§ Provide comprehensive school psychological services to Indian Valley Local Schools.

§ Behavior support consultant for Starlight School - Tuscarawas County Board of MR/DD.

§ Certified Mandt Systems Trainer - Intermediate Level (instructor of Positive Behavior Support methods through non-physical and physical techniques, including MRDD board approved standing restraints).

§ Establish and maintain ongoing positive working relationships with students, parents, staff, and administrators using effective communication skills in both oral and written forms.

§ Actively contribute to building-level Intervention Assistance Teams (IAT) utilizing data-based decisions to problem-solving referral questions.

§ Oversee the administration of school-wide Dynamic Indicators of Early Literacy Skills (DIBELS) assessment, monitor the on-line database, interpret results, and offer suggests for intervention.
